Creating Markets for Green Biofuels: Measuring and Improving Environmental Performance
Not all biofuels are created equal. NRDC commissioned this report from a group of researchers at University of California, Berkeley, to scope out the environmental characteristics of biofuels and the technical challenges to developing an index or rating system so that policymakers and, someday, even consumers could choose "green" biofuels.
