Petition for Reconsideration of Clean Air Act Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Construction Permit Program
This document is a petition asking EPA to retract a memo from Administrator Johnson dated Dec. 18 that attempts to establish and new and “binding” interpretation of the Clean Air Act by administrative fiat and make it more difficult for the new administration to address global warming pollution in a timely way.
