Letter Opposing H.R. 3864, February 2, 2012
On February 3, 2012 the House Ways and Means Committee marks up a bill that would raid the the public transit fund to pay for more environmentally damaging highways. Hundreds of groups from across the ideological spectrum oppose this radical move, including NRDC.
